For paper requests, all that is required is to put $10 with the Mass Intention into an envelope with your name and the parish where you are requesting the intention to be offered marked on the outside of the envelope.  This can be dropped in the collection basket or dropped off at the main office, All Saints parish site, or mailed to the All Saints office.    Offering:  $10
